Jim Wiegand is an ordained minister and has pastored The Freedom Center in Fenton Michigan for the past 22 years. During his tenure, TFC has planted or parented 5 churches in the U.S. Specializing in leadership development, the staff of TFC has come entirely from the congregation with longevity and family health as the focus. 

Jim is also the author of Why is Greater than What: Discovering Your Passion and Putting the Good in Goodbye: A Healthy Conversation About the Comings & Goings of Church People. Jim is a sought-after speaker, teacher, and trainer.
