Mentor Coaching
$900 per attendee
Participants in the mentor/coach process should have completed at least two training classes and be coaching at least one person on a regular basis.
The International Coach Federation requires ten hours of work with a mentor/coach to observe your coaching skills and to assist you through your coaching journey.
The mentor/coach experience can be completed in a group setting as members of the group coach each other and give helpful feedback along with the mentor/coach.This group experience also includes three individual sessions with the mentor/coach.
