Pam Neighbour

Pam Neighbour is passionate about intentional living and purposeful ministry investment.

She has served in numerous ministry arenas.  Her over-riding life passion is for women to be empowered by a transformational encounter with Jesus Christ. She has served as Director of Women’s Ministries in various churches.  More recently, she has helped within the California Southern Baptist Convention to establish the Women’s Ministry Network.

In addition to serving with faith-based ministries, she has served with non-profit organizations, addressing the needs of domestic violence, homelessness, families of children in critical care, as well as issues related to mental health and human trafficking.

Pam and her husband, Ralph, have been involved in church planting.  They share over 40 years of pastoral ministry and leadership. Together, they have been active in CSBC life and continue to serve local churches across California. Both are certified life coaches, mentoring and consulting with those in ministry leadership.

Pam’s experience in coaching women, has given her greater insights into the joys and demands of ministry life. She knows the issues and she understands the seasons in ministry life.

Pam and her husband, Ralph, live in Upland, close to their children and their families.  Each day is a gift to receive and be used for Kingdom purposes.
