Phil Herrington
Since age eighteen, Phil has served in Christian ministry as a vocation. He and his wife Anne have three adult children and four grandchildren. He enjoys hiking and mountain bike riding.
From 1993-2024 he was lead pastor at Pathways Church in San Diego, until he became Director of Missions in San Diego. With a DMin in Church Growth and Church Multiplication, “Dr. Phil” enjoys helping pastors and leaders discover and deploy God’s future while enjoying the journey.
