Our Coaches

Dr. Ralph W. Neighbour III has over 50 years of ministry experience as a Church Planter, Pastor, Innovator, and Coach.

He is a seventh generation Pastor, and his son, Nathan Neighbour is number eight taking over the church Ralph and Pam planted in 1984.

Following 27 years of pastoral leadership he worked with Erwin McManus at Mosaic in Hollywood for ten years. In 2017 he became Team Leader for Church Matters at the California Southern Baptist Convention. He currently works with ChurchWest Insurance as Liaison and is the Lead for the Church Planters Coaching Initiative with Converge Coaching and the 163 church plants with the North American Mission Board for the State of California.

Ralph holds degrees from Houton Baptist University, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a DMin from Gateway Seminary. He also holds a Coaching Certificate from CAM, and is on the Directional Team for Converge Coaching

Ralph and his Wife Pam with 45 years of marriage reside in Upland California serving their children and grandchildren, and the church at large.
