CALIFORNIA SBC PLANTER COHORT

You have qualified for an elite Church Planter Cohort valued at $1200.00, led by certified California CSBC Pastors. Your group of eight will meet once a month, starting in February. The groups are strictly confidential. Nothing shared in the cohort is reported to any CPC.

Outcomes of this Cohort are:

  • Learn how to solve church planter specific issues: raising money, scaling growth, developing leaders, handling difficult change, etc.
  • Learn how to overcome the down moments of church planting.
• Developing authentic relationships.
• Building a healthy family life.
• Safe accountability.
• Ministry longevity and sustained fruitfulness.

The life of a church planter’s wife embraces a sacred Calling. The way this Calling is lived out will be different for each of us, but there is much that church planters’ wives share. We know the joys and the struggles. Often, no safe space exists to talk to others who understand our unique Calling. We can find great encouragement with others who do.

In this cohort you will experience:

• • A safe space for discussion and engagement.
  • Meaningful guided conversations with group interaction.
  • Relevant topics to be the springboard of the discussions.
  • A cohort to encourage and coach one another as we live out our Calling.

The cohort includes:

• • Eight 90-minute group sessions over twelve months. (eight sessions)
  • One free personal coaching session (if desired).
  • Insights and resources from the facilitation coach.
  • Support and accountability as needed.

This Cohort will meet on Tuesdays, 10:00am – 11:30am. Start date to be announced once the cohort is full.
