Finding character-filled, talented people to add to your team is becoming increasingly challenging. The pool of available candidates seems thin right now, and we sense it could stay that way for the near future.
Considering those realities, we offer Part 2 of our series, Staffing Your Church from Within. In today’s episode we get extremely practical about taking next steps to implement this way of adding to your team.

- We also start early with a person who met Jesus before their arrival at our church.
- We use the 3 P’s conversation in our guest luncheons, our Next Steps Class, from the platform on Sunday.
- It has become part of our DNA.

Getting this process into the “culture” of the church you serve
- Start with your key leaders for understanding and buy-in. Have them trained by someone who lives this.
- Cascade the process down to anyone who connects with people as part of their ministry.
- Do a 4-week teaching series regarding this subject on Sunday mornings.
- Have trained leaders ready to run with the ball after the teaching series concludes.
- Make the “purpose conversation” a regular part of what you say, do, pray, and believe.
- Whatever process you decide to develop the people God has given you, start developing them!
