What surprised you the most made the leap from an associate role to the lead role?

• When I was an associate, I didn’t realize how unteachable and disrespectful I was at times.
• The more I lead from a place of vulnerability, the better people respond.
• Lead pastoring tends to be more complex than associate pastoring.
